Pivotal Vision Licenses

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is PIVOTAL VISION, LLC located a 1325 American BLVD E STE 6 Minneapolis, Minnesota. The procurement is for the continued support and maintenance of existing Pivotal Vision licenses used by the agency. This sole-source award will fill the government’s requirement.

The Contractor’s designated installers shall perform and update the software as needed, which includes aligning, testing, and calibrating their product. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is for the installation of the required parts to continue to provide support and maintenance for existing products.
