The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Active Emerging Market Equity Investment Services. Offerors are encourage to read the solicitation in its entirety. The documents are provided in this announcement and are attached. This estimate encompasses the submission due dates for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 to maintain the announcement active.
