Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The 21 CONS/PKA, Operational Contracting Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado received a Sole Source justification for the purchase of TACLANE®, Sectéra® vIPer™ and ProtecD@R® Product Lines. This procurement is for the acquisition of a sole source commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The requirement is in support of the NORAD/ NORTHCOM mission at Peterson, SFB. The Viper Secure Phones provided by GDMS are the only ones capable of supporting the mission and are the only ones authorized by the National Security Agency (NSA). Deviations from the NSA are unauthorized.
