This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice.
The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Labor is currently seeking sources for Auxiliary Data Set. Respondents shall submit their responses in accordance with the attached Request for Information (RFI). In responding to this Sources Sought Notice, respondents should submit their responses to britton.maria.m@dol.gov with a cc to Worrells.deborah@dol.gov.
Please use the Q&A Log to submit questions to britton.maria.m@dol.gov. Questions should be submitted by 2:00PM EST on January 22, 2024. All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate the revised RFI Document to reflect the correct Description Auxilary Data Set and updated NAICS Code. The response date remains unchanged for February 20, 2024.
