This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation will be issued from this notice; Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice and the attached Description of Services on or before the response due date, and should provide sufficient data for the Government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
