Amendment 0001. Update Section C.2.D. Please see attachment to amendment.
Amendment 0002. This Amendment is to answer Request for Clarification questions and to update Sections B.2, G.18, G.19, J.1, J20, J.28 and J.31 of the solicitation. All updates are available as as attachments to this amendment. This Amendment DOES NOT extend the proposal due date.
Amendment 0003. All offerors that submitted proposals, by the closing date and time of the solicitation, are hereby notified that revised price proposals, as it relates to the $17.75 federal contractor minumum wage increase effective January 1, 2025, are due by 2:00PM ET on October 18, 2024.
Amendment 0004 rescinds the Government's request in Amendment 0003 for revised price proposals in accordance with Clause 52.222-55, Minimum Wages for Contractor Workers Under Executive Order 14026, the minimum wage for Federal contractors will increase to $17.75 per hour, effective January 01, 2025. Since the minimum wage increase has not yet taken effect, the Government will only evaluate the offerors original price proposals submitted for this requirement.
Amendment 0005 The following section of the solicitation is no longer applicable and hereby removed : H.25 ADVANCING EQUITY IN THE ENGAGEMENT OF WORKERS PERFORMING SERVICES UNDER THE CONTRACT
