This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Proposal) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04.
The Department of Labor (DOL) Office Senior Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), requires a firm-fixed-price and/or labor-hour line items for non-personal services contract to perform the Data Collection activities related to the Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) program as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). See the attached documents for more information.
