The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in the District of Guam. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Vehicle Services in the District of Guam.
