S.I.C Biometrics Fingerprint Readers and Replacement Batteries

The United States Marshal Service (USMS) is looking to award a five (5) year (one (1) year base plus four (4) one (1) year option periods) firm fixed priced (FFP) Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (SA-BPA) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This requirement is being set aside 100% for HUBZone small businesses. This requirement is to procure the following brand name items:

SIC Biometrics Models: Identifi-45 - Wi-Fi FAP 45 Capture Device Identifi-50 – Live Scan Wi-Fi FAP 50 Capture Device Identifi-45 Battery Replacement Identifi-50 Battery Replacement The BPA shall include a FFP for each type of fingerprint reader, maintenance, and battery replacement required. Call Orders will be initiated on an as needed basis. This BPA does not obligate any funds.

The Government is obligated under this BPA only to the extent of Call Order(s) placed by an authorized individual specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The pricing establish at the time of the BPA award, will be the pricing utilized when establishing all BPA Call Orders. The estimated numbers provided in the Pricing Sheet are provided to assist in pricing, but are not an exact quantity, as the exact quantity is not known.

The Government is under no obligation to order any quantity during any period of this BPA. Details on the specifications of these documents are included in the attached SOW, attached pricing sheet and attached brand name justification. Full RFQ is also attached.
