USMS NCMEC Mod to Sole Source Order

This notice is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 5.101. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source modification using procedures outlined under FAR 13.501(a). The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to issue a modification to add two additional NCMEC analysts to Purchase Order 15M10323PA4700040 with National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) based at 333 John Carlyle Street, Suite, Alexandria, VA 22314-5950, United States.

This contract was awarded on a sole source basis for support and technical under the mandate of Missing Children’s Assistance Act of 2018. NCMEC is the sole proprietor of this service. The authority for this sole source modification is under FAR 13.106-1(b) Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required.
