NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contract Number: 15M10224PA4700485 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY25-29 D69 EZ PASS TOLLS. The period of performance for this effort will be a base + 4 year contract. The total estimated value is approximately $95,564.52 and is being awarded to The Government of Puerto Rico, AUTORIDAD DE CARRETERAS Y TRANSPORTACION .

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
