FY2025 AG Award Ceremony Sound and Lighting Support

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 (b), only one source reasonable available for Firm Fixed Price Contract to GLP Inc for sound and lighting support services for the DOJ FY2025 AG Awards Ceremony. This sole source notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation documents exist for this requirement. The determination not to compete the requirement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
