The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing a solicitation to purchase brand name Phonak earpieces and accessories. The Information Technology Acquisitions Unit, intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed below associated with this RFQ. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This requirement will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. Only new equipment may be submitted for consideration, no grey items will be considered. All items are required to be FOB Destination. The quote shall identify if each item is TAA Compliant, or not TAA compliant.

The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. This notification shall close on April 16, 2025 at 3:00PM ET.
