NOI Sole Source Smiths Detection 0869

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a base year sole source, Firm Fixed Price Definitive Contract with Four Option Years with Smiths Detection, Address: 32202 Lakeside BLVD, Edgewood, MD 21040-1102, United States for the purpose of procuring preventative and corrective maintenance on an annual basis for existing Smiths Detection X-Ray machines. Smiths Detection is the sole provider of maintenance services on their machines. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
