Medical Instruction

The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Medical Readiness Group LLC for a one-year base period of performance (POP) with four (1) one-year option periods for medical instruction for FBI Overseas Survival Awareness Program (OSAP), located in Quantico, VA. The contract will be awarded under NAICS code 621999 - All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services.

This requirement is an ongoing requirement supporting ten (10) OSAP, two (2) recertification courses, and two (2) family courses per year over the next five (5) years. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisitiion Procedures, Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1).

For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Contracts awarded using FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6 - Competition Requirements. Interested parties may identify their interes and capabilites in response to this posting.
