This RFI is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) or Day Reporting Center (DRC) services to include Home Confinement (HC) placements for male and female offenders located in Waterloo, Iowa, Counties of Grundy, Butler, Bremer, Fayette, Buchanan, Tama, Benton, and Black Hawk.
