Asphalt Paving Equipment-(Cold Planer, Backhoe loader, Skid Steer Loader)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section, Washington, DC, intends to make a single or multiple awards for Asphalt Paving Equipment (One-Cold Planer, Two-Backhoe Loaders, 2-Skid Steer Loaders). Delivery location is:

National Bus Center 4200 Bureau Road North Terre Haute, IN 47802. Partial bids will be accepted for the equipment listed. Quotes must be received no later than July 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quotes received after this date and time may not be accepted.

Questions Submission Deadline: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to e2ingram@bop.gov no later than July 15, 2025. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Office of Acquisition Management, hereby notifies all interested parties that Solicitation No. 15BNAS25Q00000029, issued on July 8, 2025, for the procurement of paving equipment, is hereby cancelled in its entirety.

This cancellation is being made in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14.209 and/or 52.212-1(f), as applicable. Upon further review, it was determined that the solicitation did not include the appropriate clauses and provisions required by the Buy American Act (FAR Subpart 25.1). As compliance with domestic sourcing requirements is mandatory for this type of procurement, the omission of these provisions renders the solicitation non-compliant with applicable federal regulations. No contract award will be made under this solicitation.
