Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to add to:

1)H.16 - Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), 2) Attachment 11- Quality Assurance Plan 3) 52.222 - 90 - Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026). The attached questions and answers regarding the requirment are also added. All other Terms, Conditions, and Line Items remain the same.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BFA026R00000003 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
