Fire System Inspections

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids.

The basis for award will be best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated considering past performance and price. Responsible offerers shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Order will be awarded on a firm fixed price purchase order and paid electronically once service has been completed and proper invoice has been received. Offerers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212 3, Offerer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with this offer. Services will be performed on site at 1 Federal Way, Atwater, CA 95301 on scheduled dates of service.
