ARTS V3 EO/IR RFI

Request for Information The ARTS-V3 PMO is conducting market research with regard to EO/IR camera capabilities. The PMO is overseeing the development of a radar referred to herein as the VADR. The PMO is seeking information regarding existing COTS EO/IR solutions that meet or exceed the attached requirements. This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.
