FCI Big Spring - HVAC Package Units

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Big Spring intends to purchase three (3) 12.5-ton HVAC Package Units for FCI Big Spring, located at 1900 Simler Avenue, Big Spring, Texas 79720. The package units must be equal to or equivalent to the listed specifications within this Statement of Work. All proposed equipment must be submitted with full product detail sheets and specifications for review and approval by FBOP prior to award.

These units will be replacing Trane Model #YCD150D4L0BB. Curb adapters are required and shall be included. B. Equipment Specifications 1. 12.5-ton packaged unit 2. 460v/60hz/3ph 3. Refrigerant R-410A 4. Two stage cooling 5. Gas heat (150 MBH) 6. Hail guards C. Delivery of Equipment 1. Construction related deliveries which are directly shipped to the institution can be received between the hours of 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.
