FY 25 FPC Yankton Chiller Project

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this solicitation for FY25 Yankton Chiller Project. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the request for quote.

Important Information: Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov. The combined synopsis-solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on July 10, 2025. All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by July 18, 2025, no later than 11:00 AM Central Standard Time.

Delivery and Award Information: Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the SF18 issued by the Contracting Officer. Deliveries are to be made to:

Quotes will not be accepted via telephone or fax. All inquiries must be submitted via email in the specified format with a signature.

Additional Information: Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes on an equal basis with other organizations for contracts for which they meet the eligibility requirements.
