The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Ashland, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The government contemplates awarding a single contract for the provision of Trash Compactor at FCI Ashland, located at State Route 716, Ashland, Kentucky 41102. Expectations and duties for the Trash Compactor are outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work. The requirement for this product will be consistent with industry standards for Trash Compactors.

The NAICS code is 333310. The size standard is 1000 employees. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All future information about this acquisition, including the solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition.
