FCC Lompoc & FCC Victorville - Cheese Products

The Field Acquisition Office (FAO) intends to procure Cheese Products on behalf of the Western Regional Office. Quotes will be solicited directly from vendors via email, in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) (DEV NOV 2025).

Anticipated award date will be on or around March 5, 2026. Description of Supplies Cheese Products: 20,000 lbs - Cheese, Cheddar, U.S. Grade AA or A, CID-A-A-20208C, Type I - Cheddar cheese (21 Code of Federal 20,000 lbs - Cheese, Mozzarella, Low-moisture Mozzarella, Part-skim Mozzarella, Low-moisture Part-skim. This opportunity will result in award which requires delivery of partial amounts to multiple sites. Quotes will be evaluated considering price, technical to include spec conformance and product offering, and past performance.
