PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order with Envision Technology, LLC. (Manchester, NH) for the purpose of procuring the MARS system. These devices will provide the Critical Incident Response Group with specialized capabilities that will help with the fulfillment of the FBI mission.
