This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R8125Q0123 is issued as a Request for Quotation.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111 with an associated small business size standard of $47 Million. This requirement has been set a-side as a Total Small Business Set A-Side and only qualifying vendors may quote as such. Description of requirement: The contractor shall provide two 30 cubic yard and one 15 cubic yard bulk containers located at a designated site on the Denver Federal Center (DFC). The contractor shall provide an additional dumpster when requested. Containers will remain on DFC until collection is requested.
