NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Flatwater Fleet of Saginaw, Minnesota.

Flatwater Fleet will be designing, fabricating, painting and installing a potable flatbed water tank assembly compatible with the Government-furnished carrier, including appurtenances, lighting, toolboxes, headache rack, mounting hardware for the support of drilling site operations, on-site dust suppression and general water transport for drilling activities within the Missouri Basin Region. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1.

The anticipated award date is July 2, 2026. Please note: this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is June 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m. MDT. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
