Offerors may submit questions electronically, via email, to Mitchell Frost, Contracting Officer, at mfrost@usbr.gov. Questions need to be submitted no later than September 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT. Questions received after that date will not be entertained. Applicable answers will be provided via amendment to the solicitation through the SAM website at www.sam.gov.

Written, signed quotes with contact information are due no later than September 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT by email to mfrost@usbr.gov along with any other documentation the vendor determines would add value to the quotation and assist the government in determining a quotation is of the best value to the government (a PDF of the full announcement will be attached to this announcement), and any other necessary documentation to the contracting officer listed above.
