MTE Trash Removal Service

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to solicitation 140R6025Q0030 is to provide answers to questions posed by interested parties. Refer to attachment 4 for information. The amendment does not change the closing date/time offers are due. This combined Synopsis / Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 562111 Solid Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47M.

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 01/17/2025. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued.

The performance required under this Purchase Order is to remove garbage Mt Elbert (MTE) Powerplant as specified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement also includes the contractor providing dumpsters for the completion of the service.

Locations of Service: MTE Pumped Storage Powerplant, 5583 East Highway 85, Twin Lakes, CO 81251 (Lake County)

Deadline for Questions: Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than 09:00 a.m. (MST), 01 July 2025. Review clause FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Product and Commercial Services thoroughly for evaluation of quotations and award information. Interested vendors are encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submission of quotes to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the governments requirement.
