DENA - ELEVATOR SERVICE

The National Park Service (NPS), Denali National Park and Preserve, has a requirement for annual elevator inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance services, including on-call and emergency repair support. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a base year and four (4) option periods.

This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance), with a size standard of $12.5 million. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) and evaluated using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.106-2(b).
