Supply and Delivery of Contractor's Truck Topper

DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a Contractor¿s Topper truck bed topper delivered to the park, located in Mariposa County, California. See attached Specifications, (Attachment One), for the full requirement. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02 (effective January 22, 2024). The solicitation number is 140P8524Q0023 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items contract. The delivery date is 6 months After Receipt of Order (ARO).

This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NACIS code is 336212 with an associated small business size standard of 550 employees. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) based on price, technical capability, and delivery date.
