Attachment 2 has been revised to correct a typo and note that Option Year 3 is not for a full calendar year. No other changes have been made. This Amendment 0003 is necessary to extend the date questions are due and the closing date. The question due date has been extended from August 8, 2024, to August 20, 2024, by 1pm PDT. The closing date has been extended from August 15, 2024, to August 30, 2024, by 1pm PDT. No other changes have been made.

Amendment 0002 is necessary to include Attachment 3, Questions and Answers. The quote response date remains unchanged for no later than Thursday, August 15, 2024, by 1pm PDT.

Amendment 0001 is to extend the date questions are due and the closing date. The question due date has been extended from July 25, 2024, to August 8, 2024, by 1pm PDT. The closing date has been extended from July 30, 2024, to August 15, 2024, by 1pm PDT. No other changes have been made.
