T770 T4 BOBCAT COMPACT TRACK LOADER QTY: 1 EA FOB Destination 32563 The National Park Service at Gulf Islands National Seashore has a requirement for equipment replacement. On or about Monday, May 13, 2024, the Government intends to issue a Purchase Order to Bravo Inc (SDVOSB, authorized reseller) to acquire one T770 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader with Options (see Requirements document for details).

This acquisition contains brand name specifications (see justification) and no other manufacture product will be considered. Federal Acquisition Regulations PART 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. (i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., brand-name).
