The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date, add the Q&A for this solicitation, and update Clause 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 with CAAC Letter 2025-02 Supplement 1, dated 18 FEB 2025, Supplement to CAAC Consultation to Issue a Class Deviation From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Regarding Section 2 of the Executive Order 14148, "Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions," which revoked Executive Order 14057 and Section 2 of Executive Order 14208, "Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws."

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
