Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Emergency Generator Circuit Breaker Repairs THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IT NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTES. The National Park Service (NPS), Arizona Major Acquisition buying Office (AZ MABO), hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 12 to:

This is one-time emergency service requirement. Please see attached redacted Justification and Approval document for more information. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2.
