YELL 2026 CIS SYSTEM BASE OF + 4 CONTRACT THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The National Park Service, CONOPS Central, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Sole Source award CAD Maintenance/Support for Yellowstone National Park in Yellowstone National Park, WY. Maintenance/Support contract to service, update and maintain Yellowstone National Parks Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System.

The National Park Service intends to procure CAD Maintenance/Support from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541511 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 million. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice.

A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.
