NOI to Sole Source - YELL EMS - LIFEPak 35 & Accs

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The National Park Service, Intermountain Region, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Sole Source award for the cardiac monitor/defibrillator project for Yellowstone National Park, WY. This requirement is for the purchase of a ten (10) new Stryker LIFEPAK 35 Monitor/Defibrillators (including at minimum a 1-year warranty at no additional cost) and quantities of ten (10) each of each listed accessory below. Required items include:

1. Stryker LIFEPAK 35 Cardiac Monitors (including at minimum a 1-year warranty at no additional cost) - QTY 10 2. Lithium-Ion Batteries - QTY 10 3. Power Supply Kits - QTY 10 4. Power Cord (10ft) - QTY 10 5. Adult Reusable Sensor (3ft) - QTY 10 6. NIBP Cuff - Reusable, Child - QTY 10 7. NIBP Cuff - Reusable, Infant - QTY 10 8. NIBP Cuff - Reusable, Large Adult - QTY 10 9. NIBP Cuff - Reusable, Adult X Large - QTY 10 10. Printer Kit - QTY 10 11. Storage Bags Kit - QTY 10 12. Shoulder Strap Kit - QTY 10 13. ECG Cable - 15 Lead, 6 Wire - QTY 10 14. ECG Cable - 15 Lead, 3 Wire - QTY 10 15. Modem Kit - QTY 10 The National Park Service intends to procure Stryker LIFEPAK35 Cardiac Monitors/Defibrillators, minimum 1-year warranty, and all related accessories herein from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)

334510: Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice.

Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide the LIFEPAK 35 Cardiac Monitors/Defibrillators, minimum 1-year warranty, and all related accessories herein may contact the Contract Specialist, Kiara Stewart, at kiara_stewart@nps.gov, with documentation as to how their firm is capable of meeting and procuring the LIFEPAK 35 Cardiac Monitors/Defibrillators, minimum 1-year warranty, and all related accessories listed herein by the closing date and time of this notice.

A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.
