GUMO: EMS CARDIAC MONITOR - ZOLL X SERIES ADVANCED

The National Park Service, Intermountain Region, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Sole Source award for the heart monitor/defibrillator project located in Guadalupe Mountains National Park, TX. This requirement is for the purchase of a new Zoll-branded, X Series Advanced Heart Monitor/Defibrillator + 5 years preventative maintenance. Requested items include:

X Series Advanced Heart Monitor/Defibrillator - QTY 1 Including: - 12-Lead ECG, Pacing, SpO2, EtCO2, BVM, NIBP, Temperature monitoring, CPR Expansion Pack, Remote View 5-year preventative maintenance for X-series - QTY 1 The National Park Service intends to procure the X Series Heart Monitor/Defibrillator from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).

This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334510 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice.

Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide the X Series Heart Monitor/Defibrillator may contact the Contract Specialist, Kiara Stewart at kiara_stewart@nps.gov, with documentation as to how their firm is capable of meeting and procuring the heart monitor/defibrillator + preventative maintenance. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.
