Broadband Service at Grand Teton National Park

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations - Central, intends to issue a Sole Source award to Millennium Networks LLC for Broadband Service at Mormon Row Grand Teton National Park. The National Park Service intends to procure Broadband Service from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).

This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 517112 with a Small Business Size Standard 1,500 employees. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice.

Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide Broadband Service in Mormon Row Grand Teton National Park may contact the Contract Specialist, Casey Pehrson at casey_pehrson@nps.gov for more information regarding the requirement or specifications. A determination not to compete this based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.
