Intent to Sole Source: RSMeans Online for National Park Service, Intermountain Regional Office Facility Management This is an announcement under FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action. This is an announcement that the Intermountain Region of the National Park Service intends to award a sole source 1 year contract to RS Means Company LLC for their RS Means online estimating software from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotation.

A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered to support the Government's determination to support a non-competitive strategy.
