SOUTHVIEW TRAILHEAD SHADE SHELTERS

Amendment No. 0001 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 140L5725Q0044 This is a Request for Quote for "Shade Shelters" for the BLM Utah Cedar City Field Office prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5725Q0044. This requirement is for providing Shade Shelters to the locations listed in the Statement of Work.

The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312 ¿ Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing (500 employees). The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. This contract will include a base bid IAW material listed and described in the SOW.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The BLM Utah Cedar City Field Office requires this Shade Shelters to be delivered to a BLM site location listed in the SOW. Please see attached Statement of Work for exact material specifications. Delivery shall be made to:

BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process. To be considered eligible for award, offeror must be actively registered in SAM.gov with Representations and Certifications reflecting their small business status at the time of quote.
