The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a sole source contract to Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area (CTRAN) to provide commuter transportation passes between Vancouver, Washington and the BLM State Office (Portland, Oregon). This Announcement Constitutes the Only Notice; Quotation Are Not Being Requested, And a Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice by submitting their to provide these services in writing, by email to dcroom@blm.gov , by 5:00 p.m. PT, August 8, 2024. All responses received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
