FY24 STAND ALONE SEED BUY-Forage Kochia 140L3724R0003 Combined Synposis/Solication Notice: The Bureau of Land Management, National Seed Warehouse Program, has a requirement for a Stand-Alone Seed Buy issued under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3724R0003. The seed requirement is for Forage Kochia with various quantities to be delivered to three locations, Boise and Shoshone Idaho and Ely Nevada. Offerors can bid for some or all of the seed types and any that the offeror has available for the seed type.

Attached you will find the requirement specifications and requested seed types on the Attachment 1 Requested Seed types/Bidsheet. This procurement will be Full and Open competition. The NAICS code is 113210 Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products, size standard is $20.5M. Single Solicitation, multiple awards and multiple delivery locations will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts on a best value basis.

TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before January 22, 2024. The Government will award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under Low Price Technically Acceptable. To be awarded a contract an offeror must have a unique identification number (vice DUNS), be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
