Little Rockies Recreation Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 23 February 2024. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana/Dakotas State Office, has a requirement for maintenance services to the Camp Creek Campground, Horse Corral Campground/Camp Host Area, Buff¿s Day Area, Montana Gulch Campground, and Dry Fork Kiosk in Phillips County, MT in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L3624Q0054 and attachments.

Type of Contract: Service, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Single Award Purchase Order awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures NAICS Code: 561720, titled Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $22 Million.
