BLM-CO Colorado State Office Cubicle Reconfiguration/Redesign The Colorado State Office requires a cubicle reconfiguration/redesign of a couple of office spaces at our Denver Federal Center, Building 40 Location. Work could consist of reconfiguring/redesigning of these areas, moving existing cubicle walls. Also needed is the addition of a few storage pieces throughout the office area. Please provide samples and product information of the proposed furniture that you will be including in your technical proposal. Please see the attached PWS for more details of the work/additional furniture required.

FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS - 337214 - Size Standard 1,000 employees 6. Award Basis - Price and Other Factors

Minimum Requirements for a responsive bid:

1. Signed SF-18 with all your info and price filled out.

2. Technical response, data sheet, and samples showing how your proposed furniture meets specifications.

3. Email the above items to the POC no later than the closing date.
