Telex IP-224 Gateway Radio The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to ACG Systems - UEI FKFZBQRZF1G3 with an anticipated award amount of $71,344.84. The NAICS is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, employee size 1,250. An award will be for Telex IP-224 Gateway Radios. This Special Notice is not a Request for Quotes.

This notice of intent is to meet the requirements of FAR 5.101(a)(1), and is for information purposes only, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. All sources eligible to provide this supply or service must respond in writing, response must be supported by clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide services for products outlined above.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
