The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Quality Positioning Services located at One New Hampshire Ave, Portsmouth, NH, for an annual extended maintenance agreement for QPS Fledermausa software located at the USGS Woods Hole Coastal & Marine Center in St. Woods Hole, MA. The period of performance will extend from 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025. There will be 4 option years.

Quality Positioning Services is the only known source to provide the required product due to maintaining proprietary rights to Fledermaus and Qimera software products. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to kweaver@usgs.gov.
