BPA HVAC Services for lab fume hood exhaust system

The USGS St. Petersburg Coastal Marine Center has a requirement for a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for quarterly preventative maintenance and repairs or replacement, as needed, for the lab fume hood exhaust systems. Period of Performance is Delivery is for five years. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0067 will be issued on or about 02/25/2024 with written quotes due on or about 02/01/2024 at 10:00 am mountain time.

Amendment 0001 has been issued for a site visit on 02/08/2024 at 10:00 am eastern time. Please refer to amendment 0001 for dates and times. Clauses GS2110 Appointments for Site Visits (JUL 2001) and FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit (APR 1984) have been added to the solicitation. The closing date has been extended from: 01/01/2024 at 10:00 mountain time to 02/14/2024 at 10:00 am mountain time.

Amendment 0002 is to change the site visit date from Thursday February 8, 2024, 10:00 am eastern time to Friday 9, 2024 at 10:00 am eastern time. The closing date of the solicitation has not been extended.

Amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date from 02/14/2024 10:00 am mountain time to 02/28/2024 at 10:00 am mountain time. The NAICS Code is 238220, size standard is $19.0 Million. This acquisition award date of the contract is 02/06/2024. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order.
