WY-JACKSON NFH-SEPTIC SYSTEM WY ~ JACKSON NATIONAL FISH HATCHERY (NFH) ~ SEPTIC SYSTEM The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a construction project for the purchase and transport of concrete septic tank(s) totaling 2000-gallon volume with a minimum of three combined compartments.
Also includes purchase of concrete distribution box, effluent filter with float bracket, alarm, complete low head pump station, risers, leach field, gravel and all components required to operate septic and meet Teton County, Wyoming standards. The overall purpose is to provide septic service to the Volunteer Complex at the Jackson NFH in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Please read the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) and all attachments prior to submitting quote.
Solicitation number 140FC125R0006 is being issued as an RFP. Construction can not start until May 10, 2025, and must be completed by May 30, 2025. This is an 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation with an associated NAICS code of 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors (Septic system contractors). The small business size standard is 19.0 Million. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. This award will be made based on Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as detailed in FAR 15.101-2.
The LPTA process is a simplified best value source selection strategy that permits the best value to the Government resulting from the selection of a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price. While evaluating quotes utilizing LPTA, price and technical acceptability are the two evaluation factors.
Solicitation proposal submission requirements as noted in SECTION L, L.2.0 QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS, L.2.1.1 through 2.1.4 are mandatory and all proposals that do not include ALL of the required documentation will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
