CHINCONTEAGUE NWR, VA - Double Vault toilet kits This is a sources sought for pre-engineered building kit for double vault toilet buildings, each building with two 1,000 gallon under ground vaults with delivery to Chincoteague NWR, 8231 Beach Road, Chincoteague, Virginia 23336. No installation is required. 11 each. Required model is CXT company, Rocky Mountain Double model, or approved equal. Brand name and model is only provided to give the vendor an idea of what is needed.

Products from other vendors that meet the same requirements will be accepted. Standard features include two polyethylene lined concrete vaults, simulated barnwood textured walls, simulated cedar shake textured roof, off loaded, and set up at site, with all appurtenant work provided, including concrete slab work. The restrooms shall be ADA accessible with handicap toilet and type 304 stainless steel grab bars. Minimum sixty (60) inch turning radius exclusive of all fixtures, walls and door.

Minimum of one (1) translucent window panel for adequate passive lighting during daylight hours, for each side (a total of two is required). Provide insulated roof panel for each room.
